Weekly Thursday Program

For the past two years, Passion in STEM has hosted a weekly STEM program during the school year every Thursday at Cedar Fork Community Center! After-school students from nearby public schools, as well as any other interested students, join us for a short, engaging STEM lesson followed by a hands-on experiment. Each week, students have the opportunity to explore new ideas, ask questions, and learn by doing, all in an environment where curiosity is encouraged and STEM is accessible to everyone!

Community STEM

Passion in STEM also works to expand STEM access beyond our weekly programs by partnering with organizations that serve students from diverse backgrounds. We collaborate with organizations such as Refugee Hope Partners and local Project Unify chapters to bring hands-on STEM learning directly to their communities. In collaboration with each organization, we host STEM camps and activities at a frequency that best fits their students’ needs and schedules.

Summer/Track-Out Camps

Passion in STEM partners with schools to bring interactive, hands-on STEM sessions to summer camps and track-out programs. These sessions give students the opportunity to explore STEM beyond the traditional classroom through engaging experiments, creative challenges, and real-world applications. By bringing hands-on learning directly into school camp programs, we help students discover that STEM can be exciting, accessible, and fun.
